Access
(A) Reports icon - Located in the left hand navigation column, click to access the Reports Dashboard. Note: Some Reports specific to modules your organization don't subscribe to may contain incomplete information.
Report Structure & Filtering Options
(B) Reports - Click to return to the Report Dashboard.
- (C) Arrow - Click to open the report's (D) filter options. Filter settings get applied to all charts in the report. Note: Filter options may be unique to the specific report you are viewing and slightly different than this example.
- (E) Column width - Click the edge of the column you wish to resize and adjust either wider or narrower.
- (F) Sort - Click the column's title to access sorting options. Options include ascending or descending numerical order or alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order.
Note: Click anywhere in the report's white area to access options (G) & (H).
- (G) Expand chart - This will remove other charts in the report in order to make space for the expanded report. Click again to restore the charts's original size and view other charts in the report.
- (H) Export - Click to export individual charts within the report. Exporting options include CSV or Excel files.
- (I) Undo - Click to undo a specific action(s). You are able to undo several past actions.
- (J) Redo - Click to redo an action. You are able to redo several actions.
- (K) Reset - Click to clear all filters, sorts, and adjustments to the column width.
