(B) Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.
- (C) Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.
- (D) Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
- (E) Inbound Collection Calls - The total number of calls that came into the collection Collection line.
