- (A) EMPLOYEE - Indicates the specific employee that has graded calls. Clicking the employee’s name provides you access to the Employee Grade Detail Report.
(B) # GRADES - The total number of graded employee calls.
(C) Avg Grade - The average grade from all employee graded calls.
(D) Grade Columns - Provides more detailed grade breakdown information for each employee.
