Reference Columns

  • (A) Call ID - Each call is given a unique identification. 
  • (B) Type - Call types include Inbound, Outbound, Payment, etc. 
  • (C) Ad Source - The Ad Name associated with the Tracking Number the call came in on. 


These columns provide more detail on incoming calls.

  • (D) Date/Time - The date and time of the particular call.
  • (E) Location - The location where the call came into.

  • (F) Employee - The name of the employee who handled the call. Default user means the system handled the call automatically. 

  • (G) Duration - The duration of the call.

  • (H) Tracking # - The phone number that the Customer dialed for the particular call. 

  • (I) Caller Number - The phone number the Customer called from.


These columns contain clickable links.

  • (J) Play - Click to listen to a recording of the call. If the call duration is 0, click the icon that resembles a piece of paper with a pointer to read a transcript of the call.
