- (A) Location - Locations associated with your account with all the subsequent data to the right specific to that Location.
Inbound columns (per facility)
(B) Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.
(C) Inbound Answered - The total number of calls that were answered at any point in your call routing.
(D) Inbound Not Answered - The total number of calls that were not answered at any point in your call routing.
(E) Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.
(F) Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
(G) Inbound Collection Calls - The total number of calls that came into the collection line.
(H) Inbound Other Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Other.
Outbound columns (per facility)
(I) Outbound Calls - The total number of outbound calls initiated through CallPotential.
(J) Outbound Follow-up Calls - The total number of follow up calls.
(K) Outbound Collection Calls - The total number of collection calls.
