Inbound columns (per facility)
(CB) Total Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.
(DC) Inbound Answered - The total number of calls that were answered at any point in your call routing.
(ED) Not Inbound Not Answered - The total number of calls that were not answered at any point in your call routing.
(F) Leads E) Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.
(GF) Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
(HG) Inbound Collection Calls - The total number of calls that came into the collection line.
(IH) Inbound Other Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Other.
