You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and edit Follow-up Delay reasons.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.
  • (B) Follow Up Delay Reasons - Click to access the full list of Follow Up Delay reasons.

  • (C)Search - Search for a specific reason. The list will dynamically update as you start typing.


Edit Reasons

  • (D) Edit icon - Click the corresponding icon to edit a specific Follow-up Delay Reason.

  • (E) Description - Edit what will appear for use in the system.
  • (F) Update - Click to save edits and return to the Follow-up Delay list.
  • (G)Cancel - Click to discard any edits made and return to the Follow-up Delay list.
