Status Dropdown - After accepting the call, the system will take you directly to the caller's Lead card.

  • (A) Status dropdown - Click the dropdown to access status options.

  • (B) Update Status - Select Active from the dropdown.


Confirm New Status

  • (C) Change Lead Status - Click Confirm in the Change Lead Status window. 

  • (D) Save - Click to apply the status change to the Customer account.
