You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to archive a script card.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.

  • (B) Script Card Designer - Click to see a list of all script cards.

  • (C)Search - If the list of scripts requires a lot of scrolling and you know the name, enter it here. The list will dynamically update as you type.

Archive an Active Script Card - Note: Script Card Designer will open active script cards by default.

  • Select card to archive - Once you’ve located the script card(s) you wish to archive, click this (D) checkbox to select it. Note: You are able to select and archive multiple cards at once.
  • (E)Archive - Once 1 or more cards are selected, this icon becomes enabled. Click to remove the selected cards from the Active list and make them unavailable for use within the system.

Unarchive an Archived Script Card

  • (F) Archived - Click to access the Archived list.

  • Select card to unarchive - Once you’ve located the script card(s) you wish to archive, click this (G) checkbox to select it. Note: You are able to select and unarchive multiple cards at once.
  • (H)Unarchive - Once 1 or more cards are selected, this icon becomes enabled. Click to move the selected cards to the Active list and make them unavailable for use within the system.
