You must be signed in signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and edit move-in options.

Access

(A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.

(B) Locations - Click to access the full list of active and archived locations.

(C) Edit icon - Click to edit a specific location.

(D) Leads - Click to access Move-in settings.


Edit Move-in Options - Note: Depending on your property management software, you may need to scroll to the bottom of the page to find these settings.

  • (E) eSign toggle - Click to display eSign information during the move-in process.
  • (F) Default Rental Period Length dropdown - Click to select from available rental length periods.
  • (G) Default Keypad Zone dropdown - Click to select from available location keypad access zones.
  • (H) Gate Access Times dropdown - Click to select from available gate access times. Choices are either 24 Hour Access or Business Hours.
  • (I) Gate Code Generated From dropdown - Click to determine how a tenant’s gate code is generated; options include Phone and Random. If Phone is selected, the gate code will be generated from the tenant’s phone number. If Random is selected, the tenant’s gate code will be randomly assigned.

  • (J) eSign Rental SMS Template dropdown - Click to select a default text template used for sending an eSign agreement via text.
  • (K) eSign Rental Email Template dropdown - Click to select a default email template  used for sending an eSign agreement via email.
  • Optional vs Required Fields selection - Users are allowed to define optional and required fields during the move-in process. Note: You may select and edit more than 1 field at a time or click (L) Select All to edit all fields in a specific column at once. 
    • (M) Search (Available in both columns) - Enter to search for a specific move-in field. The list will dynamically change reflecting your search. 
    • (N)Arrows (Available in both columns) - Click to move the selected field(s) to the other column. 


Apply Changes - Note: Depending on your property management software, you may need to scroll back to the top of the page to access Save & Cancel.

  • (O) Save - Click to save changes and return to the Location list.

  • (P) Cancel - Click to discard any changes made and return to the Location list.
