Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.

  • (B)Gradesheets - Click to access the list of Calls and Locations gradesheets.

Select Gradesheet to Edit - Note: Editing Calls and Locations gradesheets work the same way.

  • (C) Filter by Type - To click to see an exclusive list of either Calls gradesheets or Locations gradesheets. 
  • (D) Search - Enter to search for a specific gradesheet name. The list will narrow as you type the gradesheet name.

Archive/Unarchive Gradesheet(s) - Note: These instructions apply when (E) Active is selected. If (F) Archive is selected, this process will unarchive or make gradesheets available for use. You may click more than 1 gradesheet at a time.

  • (E) Active - The list will initially default to Active gradesheets. Click (F) Archive to view only archived gradesheets. Click (G) All to view all gradesheets, both Active and Archived.

  • (H) Archive checkbox - Once clicked, the (I) Archive icon becomes enabled and the selected gradesheet can be archived. Note: You may click the master Archive checkbox which will select all gradesheets.

  • (I) Archive icon - Click to archive the selected gradesheet(s).

Edit Gradesheet - Note: To make edits within a specific gradesheet, click the Edit icon next to the item you wish to edit.

  • (J) Edit icon - Click the icon next to the gradesheet you wish to edit.

  • (K) Gradesheet Title - Click to edit the gradesheet name. This name will appear in the list of gradesheets. 
  • Section-level Edits
    • (L) Section Points - Click to adjust how many points each section is worth. Once adjusted, the total possible points will automatically update.
    • (M) Adjust Order - Click and drag to move the section to a different spot within the gradesheet.
    • (N) Delete Section - Click to permanently remove the section. Once deleted, all section numbers will automatically update. You will be prompted to confirm the delete action.

  • (O) Add New Section - Scroll to the bottom of the gradesheet and click to add a new section. The new section will automatically display as the next section.

  • Grade Criterion Edits
    • (P) Grade Criteria Title - Click to edit the grade criterion title.
    • (Q) Delete Criterion - Click to permanently remove the grade criteria. Once deleted, section points will update.
    • (R) Add Grade Criteria - Click to add a new grade criterion within the section. The new grade criterion will automatically display as the next number.
    • (S) Minimum Scale (optional) - Enter the term used for the minimum range. Examples include Not Satisfactory or Poor.
    • (T) Maximum Scale (optional) - Enter the term used for the maximum range. Examples include Satisfactory or Excellent.
    • (U) Adjust Maximum Score - Click to adjust how many points each grade criterion is worth. Once adjusted, section points will update to reflect the change.
    • (V) N/A checkbox - Check to deactivate the question. If checked, section points will not include the criterion’s points.

  • (W) Save - Click to save changes made to the gradesheet and return to the gradesheet list.
  • (X)Cancel - Click to discard any changes made to the gradesheet and return to the gradesheet list.
