CallPop - The cancelled Lead information remains saved in the system and appears in the CallPop during an inbound call.

  • (A) Accept Call - If connected via computer, click the green accept icon.  If connected via a phone option, simply pick up your phone.

Status Dropdown - After accepting the call, the system will take you directly to the caller's Lead card.

  • (BAStatus dropdown - Click the dropdown to access status options.
  • (CB) Active - Select Active from the dropdown.

Confirm New Status

  • (DC) Change Lead Status - Click Confirm in the Change Lead Status popup to complete the updating process.
