Start Text

  • (A) Start
 Collection Call 
  •  Collection Text - Click to dial the main number associated with the account.
This icon becomes inactive while actively on the call. If you are connected to CallPotential via either phone option, your phone will ring and you’ll be prompted to press 1 to connect with the Customer. If you are connected to CallPotential via computer, the system will dial the Customer directly without any additional steps.

  • Call dropdown - Click to access additional account phone numbers (if available) and call statistics.

 Next
  •  Next Event - Indicates the next scheduled collection date and the type of communication.
  • (D) Information - Click for more detailed information regarding the next follow up event. 



Compose & Send Text

  • (E) Edit message - The text will appear with a pre-populated message allowing you to make edits as necessary.
  • (F) Templates - Click to access a list of additional standard messages.
  • (G) Recipients - Click to include additional text recipients. 
  • (H) Send - After making updates, click to send the text. 



Confirming Text Sent

  • (I) Message Sent -After clicking Send, the  After clicking Send a confirmation message will appear in the text body. After sending the initial text, it will no longer appear in your Outstanding Collection listat the top, center of the Lead card.



During Text Conversation

  • (J) Promise to Pay - If enabled by your management team, this temporarily delays future collection events.
