Reference Columns

  • (A) Sr No - The serial number of the item.
  • (B) Location - Every location associated with your account. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.


Account-wide View

  • (C) Total - The total number of Leads that were created.

  • (D) Active - The number of Leads that are still Active.

  • (E) Rented - The number of Leads that have Rented.

  • (F) Lost - The number of Leads that have been Cancelled.

  • (G) Closing % - The Lead closing percentage.

  • (H) Total - The total number of Follow-ups that have been completed.
  • (I) Manual - The number of manually completed Follow-ups.
  • (J) Auto - The number of automatically completed Follow-ups.
  • (K) Delayed - The number of Delayed Follow-ups.
  • (L) AVG Outstanding - The average number of outstanding events.
  • (M) Time to First - The average time to complete the first manual Follow-up event compared to the time it was scheduled to be completed (format DD:HH:MM).


Lead-detail View - Click a location name to access detailed location information for the given date range. You can download and email this detailed view to relevant stakeholders. Click your browser's back button to return to the account-wide view.

  • (N) Name - Click to access the specific Lead card.

  • (O) Phone - The Lead's primary phone number. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.

  • (P) Created/Date Time - The date and time the Lead was created.

  • (Q) Status - The current Lead status. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.

  • (R) Lead Creator - The employee's name who created the Lead. System indicates an API Lead.

  • (S) No of Calls - The total number of calls to or from the Lead.
  • (T) Ad Name - Indicates the tracking line that the Lead called in on. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.

  • (U) Lead Type - Lead type (Inquiry, Reservation, etc.). Note: Additional types may be listed depending on which property management software your company uses. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.
  • (V) Follow-ups - The number of Follow-ups completed for the Lead.
  • (W) Unit Type - The type of unit that the Lead has inquired about, Reserved or Rented. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.


The following columns provide information regarding the unit that the Lead is inquiring about or reserved.

  • (X) Size - Unit size. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.
  • (Y) Rate - Unit price. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.
  • (Z) Special - Indicates which special is applied to the unit price. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.
  • (AA) Rented Date/Time - The date which the Lead rented (moved-in).
  • (BB) Transferred - Indicates whether or not the Lead was neighbored. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter that this column.
