Access & Selection

  • (A) Status dropdown - From inside the Lead card, click the Status dropdown to access available status options.
  • (B) Cancelled - From the list of available options, select Cancelled.



Reason & Competitor
  • (C) Reason dropdown - Click to access and select a reason why the Lead will be cancelled.
  • (D) Competitor dropdown (optional) - If you learn the Lead did rent from another facility, click the dropdown to access and select the competitor.
  • (E) Notes (optional) - Add explanatory notes regarding why the Lead was cancelled.
  • (F) Confirm - Click to close the Cancel Lead window.

Save Changes 

  • (G) Save - Click to save changes to the Lead's record.
