- After logging in as an Administrator, click Reports.
- Click the icon (A) next to Tracking Reports: Ad Performance and you'll return to the main account dashboard.
- The date range selected (B).
- Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range.
- You can download the report by clicking (D).
- All (A) - Number of calls that came in on a particular Ad Source (this includes multiple calls from the same caller).
- Lead (B) - Number of calls that have come into the Ad Source that have been marked as a Lead.
- Total (C) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source.
- Active (D) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are still active (not cancelled or rented).
- Rented (E) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are rented (not cancelled or active).
- Lost (F) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are lost (not rented or active).
- Closing(%) (G) - Percentage of Leads created with the given Ad Source and actually rented.
