Access

Step 1

  • After logging in as an Administrator, click Reports.



Step 2 

  • Click Competitor Report.



Step 3 

  • Click the icon (A) next to Lead Management: Competitor Report and you'll return to the main account dashboard.
  • The date range selected (B). 
  • Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range.
  • You can download the report by clicking (D).



Layout

  • Location (A) - All locations you have on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.
  • Leads (B) - Total Leads that have been lost.
  • Lost (C) - Number of Leads that have been cancelled with the manager selecting Lost to Competitors as the cancellation reason.
  • Competitors (D) - Top 3 competitors, in the given date range, that you lost the most Leads.
