Step 1
- After logging in as an Administrator, click Reports.
Step 3
- Click the icon (A) next to Lead Management: Competitor Report and you'll return to the main account dashboard.
- The date range selected (B).
- Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range.
- You can download the report by clicking (D).
- Location (A) - All locations you have on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.
- Leads (B) - Total Leads that have been lost.
- Lost (C) - Number of Leads that have been cancelled with the manager selecting Lost to Competitors as the cancellation reason.
- Competitors (D) - Top 3 competitors, in the given date range, that you lost the most Leads.
