Open Record from Follow-up List - The specific follow-up communication method is indicated under Type in the Follow-up

Call

list.

  • (A) Lead icon - Click to access the list of Follow-up events. The list will automatically open to Follow-ups.
  • (B) Open - Click to access the Lead card and to proceed with the Follow-up text. 

Send Text - Be sure to review the Lead card before sending the text.

  • (C) Text Body - A preview of the text will appear with a pre-populated message. Make edits as necessary.  
  • (D) Templates - Click to access a list of additional standard messages.
  • (E) Add Recipients - Click to include additional text recipients. 
  • (F) Send - After making updates, click to send the text. 


Confirming Text Sent

  • (G) Message Sent - After clicking Send, the message will appear in the text body.


Update Record - Notes are automatically updated to reflect the Follow-up communication along with the initials of the employee who completed the event.

  • (H) Save - Enter any necessary updates to the Lead card then click Save to apply updates and exit the Lead Card.
