CallPop - The cancelled Lead information will be saved in the system and appear in the CallPop.

  • (A) Accept Call - If connected via computer, click the green accept icon.  If connected via a phone option, simply pick up your phone.



(E) +more - If you don't see the matching name in the dropdown, click to access additional names. 

Status Dropdown

  • (C) Name - Enter the name of the caller. 
  • (D) Select Matching Name - Click to select the matching name in the dropdown.
  • - The system will take you to the caller's Lead card.

    • (B) Status dropdown - Click the dropdown menu to access Status options and select Active.


    Change Lead Status

    • (F) Directional Arrows - Use the directional arrows to search for additional Leads if this isn't the correct matchC) Change Lead Status - Click Confirm.
