Step 1 - Delay Followup Popup Window

  • Delay (A) - Click to open the Delay Followup popup.

Access - Depending on your management settings, you may not have this option. If you do have this option, we recommend using it very sparingly as it will delay future follow-ups

and depending on your management settings, you may not have Delay as an option.

Step 2 - Make Adjustments

Delay Until (B)

.

  • (A) Delay - From inside the Lead card, click to open the Delay Followup popup.

Delay Followup - After completing the Delay Followup popup window, the event will be removed from the Follow-ups list.

  • (B) Delay Until - Click the calendar to select the date you wish to delay the followup.   The followup will not appear in your follow-ups list until this new date.
  • (C) Reason for Delay(C) dropdown - Click the dropdown to select the reason you are delaying the followup.
  • Extend Expiration Date (D) Extend Expiration Date - Click the calendar to delay the date the system will automatically expire the Lead. We recommend extending It is recommended that you extend this date by the same amount as you did in Delay Until.
  • Confirm(E) Confirm- Click to apply the delay.
  • After confirming the delay,
    • (1F) the Next Follow-up (F) date will be date - Will become updated to the new date ,selected in the Delay Followup window.
    • (2) the counter (G) decreases by one,(3) the event will be removed from your FOLLOW-UPS listG) Number Badge - The counter will decrease by one.
