Call Bar - Upon initially logging into CallPotential, the Call Bar will be grey indicating you still need to connect as an Agent. After clicking (B) Connect, please refer to the specific connection method below you plan to use for detailed instructions. Your management team will let you know your connection method.

  • (A) Call Bar dropdown - After logging into CallPotential, click to access the Connect option. 
  • (B) Connect - Click to access your connection method. Your connection options are 
    • Traditional Phone
    • Computer
    • VoIP Phone



Connection

Connect via Phone - You will be immediately ready to make and take calls.

  • (C) Connect via Phone - Choose the connect by phone option.
  • (D) Status Option dropdown - Click
  • Connect via Phone.
Login Status -
  • to choose your initial login status.
  • (E) Connect - Click Connect to become a connected Agent ready to make and take phone calls.



Connect via Computer - Depending on your login status, you may be immediately ready to make and take calls. Login options are customized by your management.

  • (F) Status dropdown Computer - Click to access initial status optionsthe connect by computer option.
  • (G) Initial Login Status dropdown - Choose Click to select your initial login status option.
  • (H) Connect -
If you choose Ready as your initial login status, you'll immediately be
  • Click Connect to connect as an Agent.



Connect via VoIP Phone - You will be immediately ready to make and take calls.

  • (H) Connect via VoIP Phone - Click the connect by VoIP phone option.
  • (I) Extension dropdown - Click to select the extension you wish to connect with.
  • (J) Connect - Click Connect to immediately become connect as an active Agent.
