Note

If you selected Ready upon connecting as an Agent, your status will display Ready and the Call Bar will be blue. At this point, you are an available Agent ready to accept calls. To change to an inactive status and become unavailable to accept calls, complete the steps below.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.


Access & Select Option - Selecting Offline will disconnect you as an Agent.

  • (A) Status Bar dropdown - Click to access status options.
  • (B) Options - Choose a reason why you are unavailable to accept calls such as Busy or Break, Lunch, or Restroom.

Impacts of an inactive option - To become an active Agent again, click the dropdown and choose ready.

  • (C) Status Bar - Turns red. 
  • (D)Agents Available - Decreases by 1.
  • (E) Agent Status - Updates.
