Step 1 - Delay Followup Popup Window

  • Delay (A) - Click to open the Delay Followup popup.

Note: We recommend using this feature very sparingly as it will delay future follow-ups . Depending and depending on your management settings, you may not have Delay as an option.

Delay feature is located furthest right in the Follow-Up section.

Step

1 - Delay Followup Popup Window
  • Delay - Click to open the Delay Followup popup.
  • Delay Until

    2 - Make Adjustments

    • Delay Until (B) - Click the Calendar calendar to select the date you wish to delay the followup.  The followup will not appear in your follow-up list until this new date.
    • Reason for Delay (C) - Click the dropdown to select the reason you are delaying the followup.
    • Extend Expiration Date - Delay (D) - Click the calendar to delay the date the system will automatically expire the Lead. We recommend extending this date by the same amount as you did in for Delay Until.
    • Confirm(E) - Click to apply the delay.
    • After confirming the delay,
      • (1) the Next Follow-up (F) date will be updated to the new date,
      • (2) the counter (G) decreases by one,
      • (3) the event will be removed from your
      Follow
      • FOLLOW-
      up list
      • UPS list.
