Access

Step 1

  • After logging in as an Administrator, click Reports.



Step 2 

  • Click Ad Performance.



Step 3 

  • Click the icon (A) next to Tracking Reports: Ad Performance and you'll return to the main account dashboard.
  • The date range selected (B). 
  • Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range.
  • You can export download the report to another program by clicking (D).



Layout

  • All (A) - Number of calls that came in on a particular Ad Source (this includes multiple calls from the same caller).
  • Lead (B) - Number of calls that have come into the Ad Source that have been marked as a Lead.
  • Total (C) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source.
  • Active (D) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are still active (not cancelled or rented).
  • Rented (E) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are rented (not cancelled or active).
  • Lost (F) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are lost (not rented or active).
  • Closing(%) (G) - Percentage of Leads created with the given Ad Source and actually rented.
